Event Catering Manager

At Beau Monde, excellence is the standard — and our Event Catering Manager is a driving force behind delivering it.

This role leads catering execution across all venues — The Ruth, The Casey, The Collector’s Room and Parlor — with full ownership of the event experience. The role carries direct responsibility and is accountable not only for flawless delivery, but for driving performance across every event.

The Event Catering Manager sets the standard for service. This includes building and refining processes, training and developing the service team, and ensuring consistency, professionalism, and elevated guest experiences at every touchpoint. Success in this role means leading from the front, strengthening operational systems, and executing events that reflect the highest level of hospitality.

This position also oversees service team scheduling, aligning staffing strategy with event needs to ensure efficiency, accountability, and excellence in execution.
